Youmna Baladi is the founder of Tomorrow Teen Forum, a Lebanese initiative that began with a personal question: what does a teenager need that school does not provide? What started as a search for meaningful experiences for her own son grew into a platform helping teens across Lebanon build skills, confidence and a sense of direction beyond grades.
